PTU tut Dream Come True


For this tutorial you will need the following:

Scrap kit: PTU kit Forever Mine by Sleek N Sassy Designz HERE

Template: Love me Forever by Creative Scraps by Crys HERE

Font of choice I used Volutes

Tube: tube of choice, I am using the gorgeous art work of Elias Chatzoudis HERE
You must have a license to use this tube.

Mask of Choice

♥ Let's Get started! ♥
Open template, image, canvas size, change to 700x700
For the drop shadow on evertying I am using the following settings:
Verticle: 2, Horizontal: 2, Opacity: 46, Blur: 6, color black. (you use what ever you want)
Remember to save as you go.

(*Resize everything before you start copy and pasting)
DNR means Do Not Resize
Paper 1 (resize 85%)
Paper 6 (resize 78%)
Paper 8 (resize 48%)
Paper 9 (resize 85%)
Element 4 (resize 72%)
Element 11 (resize 16%)
Element 15 (resize 38%)
Element 30 (resize 52%)
Element 35 (resize 40%)
Element 39 (resize 68%)
Element 45 (reisze 68%)
Element 49 (resize 28%)

Tube (if using the same tube DNR)

You can always refer to the sample for placement of anything! 
Start by Deleting the Word art, and the info on the template.
Add a new raster layer and flood fill with a color from the kit, apply your mask.
Select the black circle. Selections, select all, float, defloat, invert, copy and paste paper 9.
Hit delete, selections, select none.  Now on the black circle layer, using the pick tool, make it 
slightly bigger than the paper circle. Flood fill with white and add noise. Remember to add your 
dropshadow as you go!  Select the dark grey rectangle.  Selections, float, defloat, invert and
copy and paste paper 1. Hit delete. Copy and paste Close up tube, move to where you can see her
eyes adn lips. Hit delete, selection, select none. On the tube layer, change blend mode to Luminance
Legacy and then adjust the opacity to your liking.  On the dark grey rectangle layer, use the pick
tool and make it slightly larger, again flood filling with white and adding noise to it.
Select the light grey rectangle. Selections, float, defloat, invert and paste paper 6. 
Paste the tube, adjust so her legs are at the bottom, using the eraser tool, erase any bit over edge.
Selections, select none. On the light grey layer using the pick tool, make it slightly larger and 
flood fill with black, add noise.  
select one of the smaller squares. Selections, float, defloat, invert, copy and paste paper 8. Hit
delete. Selections, select none. Delete the small grey square. Duplicate paper 8 square and move it
above the other light grey square. Delete the grey square. From here you can add the elments.
Remember this is just a guide, so be creative and have fun!  See sample for placement of the elements.
Once you have everything the way you like it, add Element 45 (word art) Selections, float, defloat,
modify by 1 add a new raster layer and flood fill with white. Drag below the word art and add
dropshadow.
Crop and resize, I resized mine to 500. add your name, I did the same effect on the name that I did
on the word art. Only I used a color from the kit.
Add the copyright info, any licenses numbers and merge visible
Save and you're done! Simple and easy.
