PTU Tut Make Believe

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Scrap kit: PTU kit Making Believe by Sweet Cravings Scraps HERE

Font of choice I used Miss Le Gatees

Tube: tube of choice, I am using the beautiful art work of Keith Garvey HERE
You must have a license to use this tube.

Mask of choice

♥ Let's Get started! ♥
Open layer at 800x800 transparent background.
For the drop shadow on evertying I am using the following settings:
Verticle: 2, Horizontal: 2, Opacity: 46, Blur: 6, color black. (you use what ever you want)
Remember to save as you go.

(*Resize everything before you start copy and pasting)
DNR means Do Not Resize
Paper 1 (resize 76%)
Paper 11 (resize 98%)
Frame 1 (resize 84%)
Frame 2 (resize 80%)
bow 3 (resize 42%)
butterfly 3 (resize 24%)
Flower 6 (resize 32%)
Flower 7 (resize 28%)
Music Note 1 (resize 42%)
Scatters (resize 80%)

Tube (if using the same tube resize 84%)

You can always refer to the sample for placement of anything!
Copy and paste Paper 1, add your mask. Merge group.
copy and paste Frame 1. copy and paste paper 10, drag it below the frame layer.  With magic wand
click inside the frame, selections, modify, expand by 4, invert. Hit delete on the paper layer.
Copy and paste tube, hit delete. Selections, select none. Duplicate, mirror and possition to the
opposite side. To get the same look, change blend layer to Luminance Legacy and drop opacity
to 55.  Copy and paste close up of tube, drag to below the frame, duplicate and drag above the
frame layer. Erase anything that is below the frame on the top tube, so it looks like it is below the
frame on the bottom.  Add drop shadow to bottom tube layer.
Now the easy part.  Just copy and paste the elements. Using the sample, arrange elements. Remember
to add your dropshadow as you go.
With the pick tool, adjust the mask layer to fit to the siggy if need be.  Same goes with any elements
if any look to large, just use the pick tool and make smaller.
Once you have it the way you want it, crop and resize.  I resized mine to 575.
Now add your copy right and license info and your name.
I used Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow to put the white outline around the name. Add your dropshadow.
Merge visible and you are done!
Simple and easy.  I hope you had fun playing with this kit!
